She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Hearl Phillips, Lilie Phillips, Gurnie Powers and Dalpha Powers; and her siblings, Samantha Marion and Darrell Phillips.
She is survived by: her parents, Joe and Shirley; her siblings, Mike Phillips, Paula Huey (David) and Hearl "Geno" Phillips; her children, Nicole and Tanya; and her grandchildren, Shane, Samantha, Shawn, Anzaleem, Zaylynn and Lillyonna.
