It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Galen Kelley (Owensville, Indiana), born in Poseyville, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 79, on April 7, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelley and Hallie Kelley (Nicholson); his grandson Nathan Jones; and his nephew Kent Gambrel. He is survived by: his wife Dora "Dody" Hook; his children, Debra Jones (Galen) and Mike Kelley (Chrysanne Rogers); his grandchildren, Grant Jones (Jackie), Brian Jones, Brandon Kelley and Morgan Barrett (Lance); his great grandchildren, Carson, Lexi Jones and Paxton Kelley; his siblings, Gary Kelley (Cora Lee) and Bonnie Gambrel (Charles); and his close friend Carolyn Rogers.
All those who wish to honor and remember Galen in person at the service is required to wear a mask for the safety of all those in attendance. Social distancing will be enforced.
