He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Garrett Sr. and Alice Garrett (Montgomery); his wife Carol Jane Garrett (Huey); his daughter Kathy Jane Garrett; and his brother Robert McFarland Garrett (Mac).
He is survived by: his children, Monte Kirk Garrett and Jane Ellen Conn (Michael) of Douglasville, GA; his niece Cruzan Kissel (Roy); and his nephew Broc Garrett (Karen). He is also survived by 5 great nieces and nephews.
