He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Deisher and Jeannette Deisher (Moore); his wife Katie Niebrugge; his children, Mason, Owen and Aubrey Deisher; his siblings, Dustin Deisher (Kayla), Dathan Deisher (Katie) and Jenna Brinkmeyer (Fletcher); his grandparents, Robert and Janice Deisher; his parents-in-law, Ben and Gail Niebrugge; and his siblings-in-law, Megan Henkel (Nick) and Eric Niebrugge (Samantha).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Devin's memory to Katie Deisher, to help with the children's education fund.
