She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald White and Diane White (Crabtree); and her sister Kimberly Mulvany. She is survived by: her nephews, John Garrett of Owensville, IN and Andy Garrett; her niece Sara Ferguson; her close friend Shannon Fryrear; and her great-uncle John Crabtree.
