He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Wilson and Marie Wilson (Hartman); his aunt Melba Floyd (Hartman) of Bloomington, IN; his sister Lynn Corwin; and his brother-in-law Ron Corwin.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Wilson (Ashcraft) of Owensburg, IN; his sons, Daniel Wayne Wilson (Amy) of Owensburg, IN and Michael Leroy Wilson (Brenda) of Springville, IN; his grandchildren, AJ Bowers (Alisha) of Eastern Greene, Justin Wilson of Bloomington, IN, Maddison Kaye Fielder (Brent) of Eastern Greene and Logan Wilson of Springville, IN.; his great grandchildren, Jason Koontz of Eastern Greene, Rylon Bowers of Eastern Greene, Nash Fielder of Eastern Greene, Knox Fielder of Eastern Greene and Emersyn Bowers of Eastern Greene; his niece Julia Corwin of Bloomington, IN; and his nephew D. Marty Corwin of Solsberry, IN..
The family asks that all memorial donations be made at any Farmers & Mechanics c/o Amy Wilson in Lanny's name for the Lanny Wilson Garden to be used for landscaping and greenery around the newly renovated Owensburg Museum/Library of Owensburg, IN.
