She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Zink and Evelyn Zink (Whipking); her son Gary Nelson; her siblings, Charlie Zink, Shirley Payne, James Zink, Terry Zink, Bo Zink, Wanda Payne and Rose Owens; and her granddaughter Lindsey Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Padgett (Rich) and Jeff Nelson (Karlene); her daughter-in-law Janice Nelson; and her sister Barbara Tredway (Zonia). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and twenty two great-grandchildren.
