He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Mosby and Ida Mosby (Gilliland); his wife Billie Jean Mosby; his siblings, Roy, Clarence, Lloyd, Bernard, Mildred, Elizabeth, Edna, Vivian and Stella; and his son-in-law Jim Ficklin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Jo Ficklin and Cindy Lynn Clinard (Jim); his grandchildren, Chris Ficklin (Skii), Chelsea Ficklin (Ben Hicks), Kyle, Clinard and Jamie Kessen (Stephen); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Ivan, Liesl, Olivia, Kendall, Caleb and Ava. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Otwell High School Alumni Scholarship Fund.
