David Matthew Aaserud Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Matthew Aaserud of Otwell, Indiana, who passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Erling Aaserud; and his brother Danny Aaserud. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Aaserud (Peterson); his wife Micki Aaserud (Phillips); his children, Johnny Hayes (Lauren) and Shannon Smith (Gary); his grandson Cooper Smith; his sisters, Beth Aaserud and Sara McKown (Darrin); and his pet Beatrice.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be sent in David's memory to PAWS of Petersburg.
