She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Roberts and Christina Jewel Roberts (Smith); her husband Gary Hayes; and her brother Ron Roberts. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Lueken (Paul) of Huntingburg and Kristi Query (Brian Garrett) of Eckerty; her grandchildren, J. D. Wheatley and Madison Whitehead; her stepgrandchildren, Josh Lueken and Maddex Garrett; and her great grandchildren, Ellison and Parker Whitehead.
