She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Joe W. Foster; her children, Wanda June Buck (Husband, Wayne) and Sam Foster (Wife, Rita) of Otterbein; her grandchildren, Bryan Buck, David Buck (Wife, Shelly), Brandon Webber (Wife, Leslie), Brett Foster (Wife, Jennifer), Casey Foster, Laura Fussner (Husband, Jim), Kylene Webber, Karyn Musser (Husband, Doug) and Amanda Cosenza (Husband, Mark); her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Caleb Fussner, Alex, Meredith Webber, Hayley, Hannah, Dylan, Reagan Musser, Carter, Drake, Gavin Cosenza, Ryan and Adam Foster; and her son-in-law Al Webber.
In lieu of flowers Memorial Contribution may be made to Otterbein Area Volunteer Fire & Rescue.
