It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell Harman of Otterbein, Indiana, born in Yates Center, Kansas, who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles L. Harman; his grandson Troy Harman; and his sons-in-law, Dennis Fisher and Gary Mattson. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Harman (Hoach); his children, Connie Fisher, Alice Mattson and Terry Harman; and his brother Paul Harman. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 24 Great-Grandchildren.
