He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie W. and Mary E. Moore (Wilkins); and his daughter-in-law Shelley J. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Matthews); his siblings, John W. Moore (Sherry), Jane Lowe (Jim) and Kay Sackett; his sons, Richard D. (Rachel), Douglas R (Lindsey), Brian D. (Shwu Hui Ellen) and Kenton M. (Kara); his grandchildren, Kaley Long, Clint Moore (Bailey), Hillary Eltzroth (Austin), Cade, Chase, Calli, Caitlyn Snethen, Henry Thomas, Reid, Mary Catherine, Kaelan, Jacob and Lucas Moore; and his great grandchildren, Sydney Long, Knox, Hank, Briar Moore, Korbin, Kensley and Shelbey Eltzroth.
