She was predeceased by: her parents, James Johnson and Nell Florence Butler Johnson; her husband Tommy Fey; and her brother David Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Tharp of Charlestown, IN, Tonya Moran of Scottsburg, IN and Lenita Callaway of Jeffersonville, IN; her brothers, Harold Johnson, Billy Johnson and Bobby Johnson; her grandchildren, Tresha Mackison, Tiffany Mohr, Cody Tharp, Trinity Colwell, Peyton Callaway, Shaylee Moran and Autumn Moran; and her great grandchildren, Zara, Julian, Jackson and Camden.
