He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Fields and Genevieve Henderson Fields; his wife Mildred Parrish Fields; and his siblings, Robert, Paul Fields, Joyce Cherry and Peggy Schafer.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Fields (Jill) of Newburg, IN, Billie Adams (Tony) of Morristown, TN, Benita Conn (Keith) of Jeffersonville, IN and Blake Fields (Holli) of Marysville, IN; his grandchildren, Tonya Reneau (Dennis), Lee Adams, Courtney Fields, Austin Fields of Caitlynn Conn, Corey Snider, Madison Jones and Reagan Jones; and his great grandchildren, Lauryn Adams, Lillian Reneau, Lyla Reneau, Everleigh Snider and Paislee Snider.
