He is survived by: his wife Nonnie Gibson Hughes; his daughters, Tiffany Conrad (Ray) of Taswell, IN, Rachelle Magruder (Trevor) of Charlestown, IN, Jessica Dyer (Jason) of Chattanooga, TN and Stephanie Rakes of Charlestown, IN; his brothers, Reuben Andrews of Underwood, IN and Tommy Andrews of Charlestown, IN; and his grandchildren, Samantha Conrad, Hannah Magruder, Adalyn Magruder, Jordan Rakes, Shane Rakes, Shayla Rakes, Savannah Rakes, Garrett Hughes and Gracie Cordell. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
