He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Lacefield (Richard), Shirley McKinny (Ray) and Joetta Arnett; his grandchildren, Darren Lacefield, Sara Garner, Laura Medlock, Ben Warren, Emily Hammons, Rachel and Matthew Medlock; his great grandchildren, Payton, Mallory Garner, Anna, John Lacefield, Isaac and Ian Rone; and his sisters, Pearl Sparks and Loretta Olzer.
