He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tony Napier and Patricia Terry; and his father-in-law Raymond Fulkerson. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Napier (Fulkerson); his children, Tiffany Napier of Lanesville, Chelsea Combs of New Albany, Ally Satterwhite (Jesse) of Indianapolis, Kane Napier (Mikayla Monroe) of Austin, Jalen Morris (Samantha Beverly) of Jeffersonville and Colton Napier of Otisco; his brother Willard Napier of Seymour; his mothers-in-law, Francena Fulkerson and Kathy Owen; and his grandchildren, Maddox, Tatum, Bella, Greer, Ryker, Gage and Bentley. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
