He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Jones and Dessie Pearl Hatton Jones; his former wife Geraldine Jones; his sister Verda Harbin; and his son-in-law Matt Spencer.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte McDaniel Jones; his daughters, Connie Spencer of Otisco and Shari Jones (David Littlejohn) of Otisco; his siblings, Coleen Dabney of Marysville, IN and Larry Jones of Otisco; and his stepchildren, Cindy Webster (Jeff) of Charlestown, Peggy Goodwin of Jeffersonville and Gary Goodwin (Shelly) of Avon, IN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
