He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Stallard and Opal Stallard (Fields) of Whitesburg, KY; and his siblings, Bobby Stallard and Betty Stallard Lawson. He is survived by: his wife Aretta Stallard (Profitt); and his brother George Douglas Stallard.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, masks are required before admittance into the funeral home as well as social distancing within the building.
