He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fields and Levi Fields; and his wife Priscilla Fields. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Croucher (John) of Charlestown, IN, Melissa Evans of Arizona and Charles B. Murphy of Jeffersonville, IN; his siblings, Mary Collins (Ted) of Whitesburg, KY, Kathleen Cornett (Jimmie) of Cumberland, KY and David Fields of Ocala, FL; his grandchildren, Polly May Croucher, America Evans, Ethan Murphy (Brittney), Parker Evans and Summer Evans; his great grandchild Emmett Jeffrey; and his stepchildren, Delores, Garry and Terry Alcorn.
