He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Couch and Maude Couch (Begley); and his son Jonathan Couch. He is survived by: his wife Jan Deaton of Otisco; his son Aaron Couch (Shonna) of Charlestown, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jennifer Whittaker (Brandon) of Crystal River, Jessica Love (Josh) of Scottsburg, Daniel Couch of Orlando, Aly Stringer (Sean) of Rockwood and Anthony Couch of Bastrop, Texas; and his daughter-in-law Tanya Torres of Tampa, Florida..
