He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell J. Allen and Martha Allen (Edris); and his siblings, Rex, Tom, James Allen and Norma Baller.

He is survived by: his wife Julie J. Roser; his children, Kerry J. Allen (Kelli) of Ossian, Kellie Burton (Neil) of Ossian and Kristie Buck of Ossian; and his grandchildren, Kalib, Kamden, Kolton, Kowen, Callie, Kaylyn, Kyler and Paislee.
