He is survived by: his parents, James Russell and Gwendolyn B. Payne (Sommers); his wife Joann; his children, Stacey Worth (James), Ron Payne (Angie) and Andy Payne (Robin); his daughter-in-law Jamie Vitz of Bluffton; his grandchildren, Lucy Worth, Max Worth, Allie Payne, Jaden Payne, Claudia Vitz, Ellie Vitz and Sydney Vitz; and his brother Richard H. Payne (Sharon) of Bluffton.
