He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Baughman and Marilyn Shenfeld (Holbrook); and his siblings, Marla Purisch and Kevin Baughman. He is survived by: his children, Kristen Baughman and Jeff Forker (Lori); his sister Barbara Urhausen; his grandchildren, Ryan Forker (Lydia Johnson), Lindsey Forker (Anissa), Luke Klopfenstein, Elizabeth Beitler and Leiah Kunkel; and his great grandchild Corbin Forker.
