She is survived by: her husband James Koons of Ossian, Indiana; her siblings, Carol Reiber (Eugene) of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, Dr. Tim Swihart (Betty) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Randy Swihart (Susan) of Lewisville, Texas and Sherri Kline (Kenneth) of Mitchell; and her siblings-in-law, Jeffery Koons (Sondra) of Berne, Indiana, Jeralynn Reiber (Stanley) of Minneola, Florida, Jolene Letanoksy of Sheffield Lake, Ohio and Jason Koons (Lisa) of Huntington, Indiana. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
