He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vernon and Nancy Josephine Harshman (Swartz); his wife Elizabeth Elaine Harshman; his daughter Diana Renee Fox; and his siblings, Goldie Moretta Eads and Garent June Kerns.
He is survived by: his children, Adelbert "Del" Lynn Harshman (Rebecca) of Churubusco, Darwin Edward Harshman (Juanita) of Bryant and Darol Ray Harshman (Yelonda) of Brownsburg; and his siblings, Wilma Josephine Baumgartner, Ralph DeWayne Harshman (Marcy), Brenda Ann Harshman, David Allen Harshman (Ronda) and Paul Homer Harshman (Diana). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and a great-great grandson.
