With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen L. Scheumann of Ossian, Indiana, who passed away on July 6, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Fred Stoppenhagen; her brother Raymond; and her sister-in-law Berenice Stoppenhagen. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Scheumann (Sylvia) of Decatur, Indiana, Dean Scheumann of Decatur, Indiana, Diana Thorpe (Bruce) of Ossian, Dorothy Krick (Keith) of Ossian, Denise Schumm (Ted) of Ossian, Donna Scheumann of Ossian and Dalene Springer (Gregg) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Preferred memorials are to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
