He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank L. Phillips and Gladys M. Phillips (Cathcart); and his brother Dennis Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Leslie J. "Jamie" Phillips, Trinity Phillips (Caria), Terry G. Miller and Troy A. Miller (Ilma); his siblings, Robert L. Phillips (Loretta), Waine L. Phillips and Janice Boyle (Tom); and his sister-in-law Robin Phillips. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
