She is survived by: her children, Richard G. Cuellar of Ossian and Linda R. Cuellar of Des Plaine, Illinois; her grandchildren, Lucas and Trinity Cuellar; and her brothers, John Alvarado (Carol) of North Brook and Ray Alvarado (Mary) of Indianapolis, IN..
