He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Stephan and Freda Stephan (Schenkel); his former wife Mary; and his siblings, Eldon Stephan, Rose Mary Storer, Marcella Westfall and Jim Stephan.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Schibley) of Markle; his children, Carlene Peters of Huntington, Cathlene Smith of Huntington, Chris Stephan of Huntington and Chad Stephan of Huntington; and his sister Mae Leedy of Huntington. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
