He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale U. Johnson and Joan Johnson (Kleinknight). He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Johnson (Deborah) and Susan Huguenard (Edward); and his nephews, Joel Huguenard of Fort Wayne and Brett Huguenard (Jessie) of Fort Wayne.
