He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Shannon Alvey (Troy) of Osgood and Brandon of Cincinnati; his brothers, Harley White (Ruth) of Osgood and Dennis White (Christie) of Osgood; and his granddaughter Melany Alvey.
