He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Horn and Amandia Horn (Hoover); and his siblings, Chester, Bill, Herschel, Jodie Horn, Lee Towler, Clara Clever and Lilly Horn.
He is survived by: his sons, Chadwick Horn (Betty) of Connersville, Brad Horn of Napoleon and Jesse Horn (Jennifer) of Connersville; and his siblings, Reverend Larry Horn (Rhonda) of Connersville, Minnie Pate (Junior) of Connersville, Veda Ransom (Eddie) of Winter Haven and Difa Templeton (Rex) of Connersville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
