He is survived by: his girlfriend Brenda Simers; his children, Darrell Hosmer (Crystal) of Sunman, Mark "Doc" Hosmer (Michele) of Dillsboro, Tom Youngman (Andrea) of Franklin, Shelly Simers (Tasha Gill) of Osgood, Tina Ashley (Larry) of Greensburg and Monica Kelly (Tim) of Osgood; and his brothers, Bill Hosmer (Lucille) of Osgood, Harley Hosmer (Sue) of Owensboro, KY, Don Hosmer of Falmouth, KY and Ken Hosmer (Jeweline) of Milan.
