He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin and Vernie (Hull); his wife Wanda; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Toops and Warren Labolt.
He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Hughes (Mike Sieverding); and his siblings, Harold Hughes (Janet), Mollie Toops and Opal Labolt.
Memorials may be given to Union Flat Rock Baptist Church or Our Hospice of South-Central Indiana in care of the funeral home.
