He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Phillippe and Claytie Phillippe (Owens); and his sons, Gerald Keith Phillippe and Earl Daniel Phillippe. He is survived by: his daughter Holly Marie Phillippe (Stephen Zimmer) of Lexington, Kentucky.; his wife Nita May Phillippe (Wheeler) of Delaware; his grandchildren, Diana Wieczorek Gomez (Raymond) of Holton, Adam Phillippe of Hope, Martin Roberts (Mindy) of Hindman, Noah Wieczorek of Lexington and Daniel Feeley (Reagan) of Gulfport; and his great grandchildren, Branson Phillippe, Bentley Phillippe, Addison Phillippe, Raven Gomez, Lylith Gomez (Lilly) and Juniper Gomez.
