She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Greenwood and Helen Greenwood (Schornick); her husband George Slayback; her children, LuAnn Slayback and Jaime Slayback; her grandson Joe Engle; her son-in-law Robert Engle; and her brothers, Jim Greenwood and Billy Hinman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Engle of Ary, Connie Vallandingham of Cincinnati and Rhonda Ison (Mike) of Moores Hill, Indiana; her siblings, Larry Hinman, Sandy Massengale, Kathy Catron and Sherry Acrey; and her sister-in-law Rita Greenwood. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Donna to the donor's choice.
