He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Hilshorst and Elizabeth Hilshorst (Bowman). He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo; his children, Kenneth Hilshorst of Greensburg, Scott Hilshorst of Greensburg, Francesca Zimmerman (Scott) of Sunman and Deanna McCarter (Tony) of Pigeon Forge, TN; and his sisters, Rosemary Rauh, Penny Doneworth and Mary Ann Varin (Herbert).
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
