With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William A. Penn of Osceola, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William III and Margaret Penn (Soens); his siblings, David Penn, James Penn and Kris Penn; and his wife Gina Penn (Smith).

He is survived by: his children, Adam Penn of Elkhart and Lindsay Penn (Brandon) of Mishawaka; his stepsons, Zachary Brock (Angi) of Bedford, Jeramie Brock of Elkhart and Thomas Smith of Osceola, Indiana.; his grandsons, William, Bentley and Kameron; and his sisters, Pam Penn Walker of Dale, Wendy Penn Kunz of Oklahoma and Cheryl Penn Good of Mishawaka.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's research Hospital, in William's name.
