He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Stout and Helen Stout (Krichbaum); and his brothers, Tom Stout, Bobby Stout and Dean Stout Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Chris Stout (Tami), Celena Tucker (Dewey), Travis Hostetler, James Hostetler (Andrea), Brian Hostetler (Ji-Ae) and Angela Smith (Jason); and his siblings, Debbie Dudding and Mike Stout (Deb). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
