He is survived by: his father Jerry L. Divens, Sr. of Osceola; his children, Jenny, Cody, Caleb and Justin; his sisters, Lisa Martin (Rodney) of Elkhart, IN and Theresa Jellison (Mark); and also Jerry L. Divens, Jr. of South Bend, IN.. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
