He is survived by: his wife Mary Howie; his daughter Laura "Beth" Gentry (Jacob Hagen) of Mishawaka; his siblings, Becky Shafer of South Bend, Julie Gentry of Elkhart and Robert John Gentry (Jeannie) of White Pigeon, MI; his family Gunsmoke; his grandson Carter; his nephew Justin Gentry; and also Carter.
