He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto John Frame and Agnes Eva Frame (Wood); his sisters, Betty Wilson (Ben), Paula Smyers (Gordon) and Noren Forrester; and his brother-in-law Roger Cates.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Frame (DeWitt); his children, Jessica Fox (Jason) and Brandon Frame (Victoria Minne); his grandchildren, Austin, Maddie, Braden, Peyton, Brynn, Jaxson, Archer, Auden, Carson and Dom; and his sister Kathy Cates (Roger).
