With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerritt Lee Hunting of Osceola, Indiana, born in Mount Pleasant, Iowa, who passed away on October 12, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Hunting and Grace Hunting (Siverly). He is survived by: his children, Lee Ann Laidig (Tom) of Mishawaka, IN, Joseph Hunting (Christina) of Rochester, IN, James Hunting (Tracy) of Evarts, KY and Lori Calhoun of Osceola. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and most recently his great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Gerritt's memory can be made to East Iowa Bible Camp, Deep River, IA where he enjoyed countless hours at Family Camp with his family.
