She was predeceased by: her former husband John Sayer (Nick); her husband Chester E. Fox; her children, John A. Sayer and Merri Jo Jones; and her grandchildren, Adam Jones and Toni Marie Sayer.
She is survived by: her daughter Lou Ann Hazen (Tony); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Katzelis (Andy), Nicky Sayer, Stacy Madison (Steve), Starla Bowman (Eric), Nicholas Jones (DaLynn) and Louis Hazen (Tabitha). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
Even as Alzheimer's disease took its toll, Felicia continued to exhibit her fun and loving nature.
