He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Evelyn Smith (Young); his siblings, Albert and Louise Clark (Smith); his great grandchild Marshall Hancock; and his wife Patty.
He is survived by: his children, Donnette Patterson (Doug), Darren Smith (Andrea) and Debbie Hancock (Ray); his grandchildren, Joel Patterson (Sara), Josh Patterson (Brittany), Emily Coppins (Adam), Austin Patterson (Addi LaCroix), Michael Hancock (Morgan), Matthew Hancock, Andrew Hancock (Cloey), Adam Hancock (Britney) and Reagan Smith; and his siblings, Thomas and James Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Center for Hospice Care.
