It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Van Coyl Boner of Orleans, Indiana, born in Johnston City, Illinois, who passed away on October 20, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coyl Dana and Grace Boner (Sherman); his siblings, Dave Boner and Juanita Nation; and his sister-in-law Rhea Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Boner (Magner); his sons, Kevan James Boner (Chris), Aaron Coyl Boner, Shannon Kent Boner (Lisa) and Nathan Manson Boner of Orleans; his grandchildren, Kendall, Kelsey, Sean and Trevor; his stepgrandchildren, Cheyenne and Zach; his sisters, Virginia Costa and Betty Blackburn of Terre Haute; and his brother-in-law Rex Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Orleans United Methodist Church or Orleans American Legion.
