He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Hooten and Bertha M. Hooten (McDonald); his wife Eleanor Hooten (Kelley); and his great grandchild Emmalee Radcliff. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Radcliff (Charles) of Mitchell and Michael T. Hooten of Orleans; and his grandchildren, Charles, Elizabeth, John and Lexi.
