He is survived by: his children, Robbie Tincher (Stephanie) of Bedford and Missy Allen (Bill) of Lakeland, FL; and his siblings, Dennis, Robert Tincher, Vicki Lee and Donna Tincher. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great grandchild.
